Dr Michael Fipper

Michael Fipper joined E.ON in 2002 after 2 years with McKinsey. He supported E.ON in focussing on the energy business esp. in distribution and retail. Between 2007 and 2013 he took over operative responsibility in the Slovak Gas Industry i.e. as CEO of the underground storage operators Pozagas and Nafta.Since 2013 Michael Fipper is responsible within E.ON’s Group Management for the definition of E.ON’s Innovation Strategy as well as for technology and system analyses and the development of system related products like Virtual Power Plant, Demand Response Management, Micro Grids, etc. In addition he supports the development of the digital strategy of E.ON.Michael Fipper claims: Most of my todays understanding of the energy business I have learned during the last 2 years.
