Mr Andrew Williamson

Qualified: RVC (1987). Institution/Practice: Uplands Way Vets Ltd, Uplands Way, Diss, Norfolk IP22 4DF, UK. Career: After graduation I worked as a small animal intern at the RVC and became involved in an experimental cardiac surgery project as the anaesthetist. This was a collaboration between the RVC and the Brompton Hospital. I then carried out a 3 year anaesthesia research programme at Hammersmith Hospital before joining Uplands Way Vets, where I am now the senior partner. The practice is still truly mixed with some interesting clients including World Horse Welfare, zoos and conservation grazing organisations. Interests: Zoo and equine work, particularly conservation grazing ponies.
