Mr Nick Steele

Career: National Business Consulting Manager for Pfizer Vet Support+, has a proven background and commitment for Learning and Development within the medical and veterinary markets. With more than 8 years of extensive experience, Nick has held Learning and Development management roles within Pfizer helping to develop leaders at all levels across the business and facilitate organisational change. Since joining Pfizer in 1997, Nick has held business and people management roles developing expertise in account management and sales. He now applies this experience, knowledge and skill helping veterinary practice teams in their development to deliver business results now and for the future.

Interests: Nick holds an Honours degree in Molecular Genetics and spent 2 years at Aberdeen Medical School as a post graduate research student working with Prof Hugh Pennington. In 2011, Nick completed his CIPD certificate in Learning & Development. He is also an accredited coach and practitioner in personality profiling.
