Jennifer Lea is a nationally recognized authority in health education and performance training. As a performance coach, Jennifer delivers Human Performance Institute’s Performance and Resilience training worldwide executives, global leaders, and students.
In 2015, Jennifer was recognized as the Johnson & Johnson Working Mother of the Year by Working Mother Media. She has participated as a speaker and thought leader at events such as MSNBC Know Your Value Conference and Vital Voices Global 100 Women’s Leadership Summit, the Women’s Forum Global Meeting In addition, she has contributed her expertise to articles for magazines and websites.
Along with delivering keynotes and group training sessions, Jennifer leads the Human Performance Institute program portfolio and innovation strategy, responsible for business growth through the design and development of new immersive programs and innovative products.
Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Jennifer is an active member of the Network for Executive Women and Healthcare Business Woman Association.
