Career: After graduation completed an internship and PhD at the University of Sydney, then spent 3 years in private equine practice sitting the Australian membership examinations. Then moved the RVC London where she developed an interest in laminitis and endocrine disease. After London, spent time back in Australia working at the University of Queensland and with the Australian Equine Laminitis Research Unit, then University of Helsinki then back to the UK in 2008 to Liverpool to continue a clinical and academic career. Interests: Endocrine laminitis; geriatric health and welfare; muscle disease; sports medicine.
