He has consistently exhibit the ability to successfully lead strong performing teams, build up new businesses and drive business transformation leveraging on his experience across the many key positions he held in Technical Support, Direct and Indirect Sales, Channel Partners, SI and Strategic Alliances Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Incubation, OEM sales, Business Development & Marketing across Enterprise, Mid-Market and Small Business segments.
Steve is currently the Vice President/GM of Sales for Asia-Pacific (APAC) & Emerging Markets (EMM) at Acronis, — a global leader in backup and disaster recovery software and cloud provider based in Singapore.
Steve comes with 25 years of experience in the IT industry holding several senior management positions in Sales & Marketing organizations. Prior to joining Acronis, Steve worked for Microsoft in Asia for 13 years, managing various portfolios in the Enterprise, SMB, and, OEM segments based primarily in Singapore and China. While in China, Steve was responsible for driving Partner’s loyalty, setting up sales strategies and processes to drive Partner Led Solution Selling incremental revenue. Steve consistently exceeded his sales targets, KPIs and have been recognized with several achievement awards. Apart from exceeding aggressive sales targets, he has successful helped developed and landed Partner Incentives, Partner Readiness, Sales and Marketing programs for Channel Partners and put in place a Microsoft China Partner Strategy driving incremental Partner Led solution revenue.
