Mr Gian Marco

"His practice focuses on drafting and negotiating, for national and international companies, software production and distribution agreements, outsourcing, cloud computing, e-commerce, consumer law, copyright licensing, assignment of TV rights and distribution, media services, works production, distribution agreements, advertising and sponsor rights in television and various sports, electronic publishing. He also deals with a wide range of commercial contracts.
Gian Marco graduated law school from the University La Sapienza of Rome and registered in the Bar of Milan on 2003. He has lectured on software agreements at the Bocconi University in Milan and at the Sole 24 Ore Masters Programme; on e-commerce, digital signatures, and internet copyright issues at the Luiss University of Rome; and on data processing in public administration at the International Institute of Research in Milano. He has published several articles on IT and IP issues.
He currently works on two projects on cloud computing founded by the European Commission under the Seventh Framework Programme for Research (FP7) and Horizon 2020 (CoCo-Cloud and SLALOM).
