Dr Milja Koskinen

Milja graduated from the University of Helsinki in 2013. She undertook a part of her clinical training at the University of Liverpool in 2012. After graduation Milja worked in equine practices in Finland before joining Milbourn Equine Vets in 2015. Milja is interested in research; she has published a paper related to respiratory distress in a neonatal foal and she did her masters thesis in the field of clinical research. Milja remained involved in the research project aiming to develop a new diagnostic test for the detection of inflammatory bowel disease in the horse.
