Dr Jarrod Antflick

Qualifications; MPhty(Sports), BSc(Physiotherapy), BHSC TCM.
Qualified: Melbourne and Sydney, Australia.
Institution/Practice: Fortius Clinic, London and Tendon Performance within Complete Physio London.
Career: Jarrod Antflick is a consultant physiotherapist in elite sport having worked for 5 years in track and field in the US and more recently for British Athletics. Currently he consults to Premiership Rugby and English Premier League teams as well as basketball in the US. He shares his time between clinical work (at Tendon Performance, Complete Physio and The Fortius Clinic, in London, UK) and has attended major championships such as the IAAF World Championships in Moscow (2013) and the Samsung Diamond Leagues. He is currently undertaking research into the effect of tendinopathy on performance utilising UTC as well as comparing UTC with field stiffness measures in assessment of tendinopathic SDF tendons with the Royal Veterinary College, London.
Interests: Tendinopathy in equine and human tendons.
