Qualifications: BVM&S MACVSC FACVSc.
Qualified: University of Edinburgh. Institution/Practice: Victorian Equine Group, Australia.
Career: Sarah completed an internship at Animal Health Trust under Dr Sue Dyson, followed by a short period in private practice in the UK. She then had a second internship at Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital (GVEH) in Victoria, Australia (anaesthesia, surgery, reproduction, neonatal medicine). She continued on at GVEH for 2 more years in an ambulatory and hospital-based position; and undertook a surgical residency there. She gained Fellowship of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists in Equine Surgery in 2011. She is now a partner in a 7 vet private practice in Victoria.
Interests: Periparturient surgery; neonatal medicine and surgery; caudal reproductive surgery of broodmares.
