Dr Tim Mair

Qualifications: BVSc PhD DEIM DESTS DipECEIM AssocECVDI MRCVS.
Qualified: University of Bristol. Institution/Practice: Bell Equine Veterinary Clinic.
Career: Following graduation, Tim worked in general practice before returning to the University of Bristol to undertake research into equine respiratory diseases. He obtained a PhD in 1986 and then stayed at the Bristol Veterinary School as a lecturer in equine medicine. He returned to practice in 1989, and is currently a director at the Bell Equine Veterinary Clinic in Kent. He is editor of Equine Veterinary Education.
Interests: Internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, advanced imaging, and clinical governance.
