Mr Marcus Swail

Qualifications: BVMS MRCVS.
Qualified: University of Glasgow. Institution/Practice: EquiVET Ireland.
Career: Worked in Scotland and Australia post qualification before returning to Ireland in 1998. Became a partner in a large equine practice on The Curragh in Kildare for about 10 years. Left and set up an Equine Sports Medicine practice in 2008 (to present). Team veterinarian for Eventing and Showjumping Irish national teams for 10 years (2003–2013).
Interests: Orthopaedics; lameness; Sports Medicine; Investigation of performance loss.
