Boris Adryan

Boris Adryan is a Royal Society Research Fellow and group leader at the University of Cambridge. He deals with “big data” in molecular biology. His research focuses on data integration and machine learning and is largely enabled by a community that has very early recognised the importance of data standards, data sharing, meta-data and ontologies.

In 2014 he founded thingslearn Ltd. with the aim of helping commercial stakeholders to bring these established academic data sharing strategies into the IoT. He is also a Fellow of the Software Sustainability Institute to promote best practices in open source and open data activities.
