Gavin Jackson

Gavin Jackson is responsible for the market success of VMware’s Public and Hybrid Cloud offerings across the region. Gavin leads cross functional teams that design, develop, operate and deploy cloud services, as well as the sales, marketing and financial functions that drive and account for business growth. Gavin is a member of the world-wide corporate development team and a member of the EMEA Senior Management Team. He is a member of the Cloud Industry Forum and of the EuroCloud initiative, two bodies with the charter of building standards into cloud computing. Gavin has a 16 year career in the IT industry, spread across hardware, software and services strategy, sales and management. Prior to joining VMware, he spent 10 years with EMC in EMEA. Gavin is an alumnus of IMD Business School in Switzerland and of Cranfield School of Management in the UK.
