David has worked in IT for 30 years, working at various leading enterprises in Australia and Europe. David has extensive IT Service Management experience consulting to companies on gaining the best from their IT processes, and presenting at various seminars on innovative new ways to improve IT Service. David works at ServiceNow, the Enterprise IT Cloud Company, heading up the Solution Consulting team across Asia Pacific and Japan. Based out of Singapore, David consults to companies on the benefits of SaaS solutions and how to extend the benefits of IT out to the Business.
