Mr Leon Perera

"Leon began his career as a Senior Officer with Singapore Economic Development Board’s (EDB) International Business Development Division, and later assumed the position of Assistant Head of EDB’s Enterprise Development Division. He subsequently joined Asia Market Intelligence Business Consulting, establishing their Singapore office.

Leon is co-founder of the Spire Research and Consulting Group, which provides market growth research & consulting to Multi-National Companies and operates in nine countries. As the Chief Executive Officer, he has overseen the acquisition of over 30 Global Fortune 500 clients, most of which have awarded multiple projects to Spire. He has also overseen the delivery of over 1,500 highly customized research and consulting projects.

Leon graduated from Oxford University with a Double First Class Honours degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
