Mr Richard Duggan

Richard Duggan is the Director of Cloud Service Providers, Hewlett Packard Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). Richard is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategies, sales, strategic partnerships, and leading the Cloud Service Provider segment for HP in Asia Pacific and Japan. He is crucial for the development of the Helion Network in Asia Pacific and Japan, an open ecosystem of internetworked Service Providers offering cloud services built on HP Helion, providing customers with global reach, workload portability and a consistent hybrid experience.
Prior to this role, Richard was Director of Global Specialist Sales and Head of South Asia at Telstra. He also held several leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and Services at Cisco, where he spent 13 years. Much of his time at Cisco was spent enabling Telco and Managed Service providers to address Enterprise and SMB markets with innovative IT solutions and Go-To-Market ecosystems. Richard’s last role at Cisco was Head of Data Centre Virtualization and Cloud for Cisco Services Asia.
Richard resides in Singapore. He has worked extensively across Asia Pacific for the last 12 years, introducing new products to the market and running a regional sales organization.

A veteran of over 20 years in IT&T industry on four continents. Richard studied Electronics at Oxford Brookes and Applied Business Computing at Roehampton University.
