Qualified: Cambridge (2001). Institution/Practice: School of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery, University of Nottingham, Sutton Bonington Campus, Sutton Bonington, Leics. LE12 5RD, UK.
Career: After qualifying went on to complete an internship and PhD at The Royal Veterinary College. Subsequently went on the undertake a residency at Liverpool University, continuing for a short period as a staff clinician before starting a post as a lecturer in equine surgery at the University of Nottingham in 2010. Interests: Soft tissue surgery, and epidemiology. Spends some of the summer on a motorbike trailing in Derek Knottenbelts wake!
