Having worked for such a diverse range of organizations has enabled Ben to grow his experience globally, with detailed insight across a range of disciplines, including strategy and execution, change and transformation, product innovation and customer demand reation.
Ben has brought a clear focus on Cloud technology, online security, scalability and high availability to Panviva’s next generation development of SupportPoint. This takes SupportPoint to the cloud and creates an extensible ecosystem that is truly innovative. This is a ‘game changer’ for Panviva and its customers. As part of this, Ben has been instrumental in securing a partnership with Verizon Terremark, one of the largest providers of Cloud technology and services.
