Shehara Viswanathan

Shehara is the Head of International Cloud Portfolio at Telstra. Prior to that she was the General Manager of Telstra’s Australian Cloud Application Solutions including SaaS and Enterprise Applications. Shehara has a background in engineering and law and has more than 15 years of experience in the Australian and global telecommunications industry at Telstra, Singtel Optus, Macquarie Telecom and PowerTel. She was the Senior Product Planning and Strategy Manager at SingTel Optus setting the direction for Australian fixed, broadband and converged products. Before that she was the Senior Product Manager responsible for all the first Macquarie Telecom Intellicentre hosting, storage and security products. Shehara has also been involved in a voluntary capacity with several community organisations including – Women on Boards and Females in Information Technology and Telecommunications. She has a Certificate of Commendation by the Order of Australia Association for Community Service.
