Glenn West

Glenn West, the Cloud Business Unit Manager, is the APAC resource in a combined Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and Sales / Channels Operations role. Glenn will drive Red Hat’s Cloud portfolio that encompasses Red Hat’s extensive portfolio of platform, middleware and storage solutions. He works closely with local and regional managers to meet the specific needs of customers in Asia Pacific. Glenn West joins Red Hat with over 30 years of professional experiences in multiple aspects of IT – covering a cross section of industries from telco, aviation, manufacturing, storage to ISP. He brings both business competencies and IT expertise in Linux internals, networking, and product architecture, design and development to his position as Cloud Business Unit Manager. Before joining Red Hat, Glenn was the Converge Infrastructure Portfolio Lead for HP, handling large scale data center transformation and services creation. He also served as a domain expert on cloud, CI, storage and networking.
