Xueshi Yang

Xueshi Yang is the CEO and co-founder of Shannon Systems. Shannon Systems, Inc was founded in 2011 by a team of Silicon Valley veterans with the sole mission of enabling enterprises with cut-through, low-latency access to big data. From 2005 to 2011, Dr. Yang worked at Marvell Semiconductor, where he was Design Engineering Manager. Previously, he worked at Seagate Technology. Prior to joining Seagate, he was as Research Associate at Princeton University. Dr. Yang received his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University in 2001 and BS degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University in 1998. Dr. Yang holds more than 100 US patents in the field of data storage and systems.
