Matt is a founding director of Optika Solutions and performs the roles of Engagement Manager and Principal Consultant. His interests embrace: production chain studies, current and future state studies, operational management systems; artificial intelligence and optimization. Matt has orchestrated a wide range of complex and operational engagements both within Australia and overseas. With 20 years’ experience in operational consulting and systems projects, Matt is an internationally recognized leader in his field.
