C R Srinivasan

C R Srinivasan is responsible for the company’s global data centre service business which includes product strategy, business planning & development, tactical and strategic management of product infrastructure. He works closely with sales teams to drive business imperatives, develop the go-to-market strategy for the product line and collaborate with Data Centre engineering, operations and finance teams, to deliver and manage product capabilities. With over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecom industry, Srini’s vast experience and industry knowledge has provided him with the right skills to handle services such as sales, business development and customer as well as CXO level interactions. Srini has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Madras and started his career with Citicorp Global Technology Infrastructure after which he worked with Sify. He also worked with the erstwhile VSNL where he was responsible for engineering of Teleglobe and VSNL networks, IP Centre for Excellence and Managed Security Services. He went on to co-found 7strata IT Services Pvt. Ltd., a remote infrastructure management company, which was later acquired by Mindtree. He returned to Tata Communications in June 2010 in a leadership position in the data centre business.
