Aman Garg

Aman Garg is the Vice President, Agile Coach APAC for Functions Technology in Barclays. He is responsible for leading business transformation across APAC region. He has been working with teams/projects across APAC region and helping them in their Agile adoption journey through training and coaching. He is also responsible for creating scorecards to track the progress across APAC region. He is also part of the global business transformation team to drive the agenda across the organization. Earlier he was managing multiple IT domains including BCM, CRES, and Physical Security, Aman is based in Singapore and has more than 14 years of experience in the IT industry, five of those with Barclays in Singapore. Aman has also worked with major financial and consulting institutions like Bank of America, Credit Suisse, Danske Bank, Accenture, Lloyds TSB Registrars, and eBookers in various roles and capacities. He is a regular speaker at conferences and runs Atlassian User Group in Singapore. Aman has been awarded multiple times for his contribution towards the tech community by Microsoft (Most valuable Professional, Best Contributor to MSDN User’s Group, Microsoft India Community Star).
