Ludmilla Trigos

My areas of specialization are 19th century Russian literature and culture, cultural mythologies and biography theory and practice. My publications include the monograph _The Decembrist Myth in Russian Culture_ (2009), and the edited volumes _Literary Biographies in the 'Lives of Remarkable People Series in Russia_ (2022), and _Under the Sky of My Africa: Alexander Pushkin and Blackness_ (2006). I have also written articles on violence and terrorism in Russian literature and 19th century print culture.
