Dr Francesco Baldini

Dr Francesco Baldini is a Reader at the University of Glasgow. He conducted his PhD in Medical Entomology in three international institutions (Harvard University, Perugia University, Imperial College London) studying the molecular determinants of malaria mosquito reproductive success.

In 2013 he has joined the University of Glasgow where he is investigating the biology and ecology of Anopheles mosquitoes and other vectors to develop new control and surveilance tools. He coordinates the Vector Biology and Disease Group.
