Profile of Stefania Irene Sini
Stefania Sini (Milan) is Professor of Comparative Literature at the Università del Piemonte Orientale (UPO), Vercelli, Italy. Her scientific works focus on theory of literature, rhetoric, morphology, narrative theory and narrative experience, with particular attention to Giambattista Vico, Mikhail Bakhtin, and Russian Formalism. She translates from Russian into Italian. In 2001-2002, she collaborated with Parlement International des écrivains in Paris. She teaches metrics, rhetorics, and narratology at the School of Dramatic Arts “Paolo Grassi” in Milan. She founded and is Editor in Chief of «Enthymema (International Journal of Literary Criticism, Literary Theory, and Philosophy of Literature» indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. http://riviste.unimi.it/index.php/enthymema).
