Profile of Elliot Napier

Elliot Napier is a PhD student in the School of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Glasgow, Scotland. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Central and East European Studies, and gained three master’s degrees from the Universities of Glasgow (Scotland), Tartu (Estonia) and KIMEP University (Kazakhstan) as part of the European Commission’s IMCEERES Erasmus Mundus programme. His PhD research focuses on pre-movement queer migration decision-making and aspiration.
