Carl Mirra

Carl Mirra, PhD, is Associate Professor and Chair of Teaching & Learning and Director of Liberal Studies/Social Sciences at Adelphi University. He serves on the editorial board for the journal of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine-Institite of Problems in Education. His articles have appeared in Cambridge Review of International Affairs, Ukraine Analytica, Eurasian Affairs and elsewhere. His books include Soldiers and Citizens: An Oral History of Operation Iraqi Freedom from the Battlefield to the Pentagon (Palgrave).
