Profile of Mr Christopher Smith
I am a PhD student at Aberystwyth University currently investigating the environmental preferences of Galba truncatula, the primary intermediate host of liver fluke (F. hepatica) in Europe. This work will give farmers a better understanding of the risk areas within their pastures, and thus enable them to better protect their livestock from infection.
