Eva-Liisa Linder

Eva-Liisa Linder is a researcher and lecturer at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. As a PhD candidate at Tallinn University, she examines the theatrical public sphere in Estonian theatre history. She has published on political theatre in Nordic Theatre Studies and Forum Modernes Theater, with work on Estonian queer theatre and Theatre NO99’s democratic impact. She contributes to an interdisciplinary research group examining Estonian transition culture (1986–2004) and, beyond academic work, serves as a theatre critic and editor.
