Anastassiya Lipovka

Dr. Anastassiya V. Lipovka is an Associate Professor at Almaty Management University. She earned a Ph.D. in business administration and an MSc in management. She leads the state-funded research project “Designing a Conceptual Model of Managers' Leadership Competencies in Kazakhstan through the Gender Potential Prism”. She has authored journal articles, monographs, and book chapters on gender, leadership, and society. She initiated the 1st Kazakhstani gender management course for master’s students.
