This presentation will focus on the question of commons and participatory approach in city planning and will consist of two parts. First part, a short introduction of the artistic practice of Vasylysa Shchogoleva focusing on her ongoing work in the public space of Kharkiv through which she is looking for ways to engage with the citizens and ongoing reality. Second part offers a practical experiment that will invite participants to produce their own piece of work that afterward will be put together in a common piece. Through this practical experience, the artist invites us all to experience a sense of common and reflect together on how our physical realities are reflections of our individual actions at the same time are part of a shared common public space.
