This paper looks at how Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar narratives of decolonisation have developed since the annexation of Crimea in 2014. It then examines post-war plans for changing the Republic of Crimea to a Crimean Tatar National Autonomy, and the practicalities of implementing such plans amidst a multi-ethnic population and renewed settler colonisation of Crimea since 2014.
