Abstract

At CFG/KGE, we are specialists in CRISPR technologies. We cover the entire landscape of CRISPR applications, from the creation of simple knock-out cell models to advanced genome-wide screens. As a SciLifeLab funded national unit, we support projects from the entire Swedish research community, both from academia and the private sector. One emerging focus area is to support projects in target identification and mode-of-action elucidation in collaboration with the Chemical Biology Consortium Sweden and the Chemical Proteomics unit.
