Abstract
Purpose: Investigate the instrument-to-instrument consistency of two
models of automated cell counter
Methods: We use stable fluorescent bead reference samples to
compare the performance of many instruments over extended time
periods
Results: We find instrument-to-instrument variation for these
counters to be within ± 5% in nearly all cases, and often within ± 1%
