Abstract

Attana’s proprietary QCM-based biosensor technology enables label-free real-time analysis of biomolecular interactions in a biologically relevant environment. The technology can shed light on interactions between biomolecules and cells or tissue and perform assays with crude samples and in sera. With the therapeutical targets present in their natural cellular environment, target validation can be performed closer to in vivo conditions.

In this overview we present cellular interaction studies with focus on target validation, glycosylation profile, competitive QCM, and off-target interactions.
