Abstract

Many techniques have been developed to provide important insights to complex biology environments, and especially single-cell analysis of biomarkers and various genomic modalities are widely used. However in the recent years, due to advances in the field of microscopy, increasing attention in now being drawn to understand the native spatial information of biomarkers, not provided sequencing techniques. To achieve the full picture with spatial content, Imaging is key, and we are proud to present a complete workflow to get the entire picture of eg. tumor biology. Our MACSima Ultra high content microscope system offers advanced applications with up to hundreds of fluorescent marker on a single sample by using our MICS technology. We offer more than 1600 antibody conjugates validated for MACSima experiments, and the system is open for other antibodies too. Our workflow is completed by a powerful tailor-made operational and analysis software, which had a simple-to-use interface.
