The Cellular Thermal Shift Assay (CETSA®) offers a robust label-free method for studying protein−compound interactions in a cellular environment. Confirmation of target engagement in the relevant physiological environment ensures successful drug discovery and prioritization of the project. We will present applications of CETSA® in primary screening on CDK4 and STING, hit confirmation, target validation, and selectivity assessment.
