Objective

The optimisation trajectory of hit to lead to candidate is the most expensive part of drug discovery. Exscientia’s Centaur drug discovery platform brings that cost down significantly by combining the strengths of AI compound design and human strategic thinking. A high-level overview of the technology is presented and results are shown from a prospective proof of concept study as well as a successful collaboration that resulted in the delivery of a clinical candidate in less than a year.
