Abstract

Few technologies have captured as much attention recently as single-cell sequencing technologies. During this workshop, hosted by Aelian Biotechnology, we invite thought leaders that will present cutting edge data/ concepts covering both the wet-lab and the computational side of the workflow. Speakers include

Daniel Schraivogel (EMBL): “High throughput functional genomics and the single cell revolution"

Tony Oosterveen (bit.bio): "Single cell technologies for (de)coding human cell identities"

Nora Papai (IMBA): "Cardioids are a robust and scalable model of human heart development."
