Abstract
This talk covers our recent work on: (1) development of viral-peptide-mimicking pseudopeptides for cell therapy applications through non-viral cell engineering and DMSO-free cell preservation, and (2) development of fibrinogen-mimicking multi-arm nanovesicles for thrombus-specific delivery of tissue plasminogen activator and targeted thrombolysis
